Work on the site will only start once payment has been made.

Quotation price is valid for initial setup. After the site prototype has been approved, any further work on the site(i.e. changes or additions) will be charged at a rate of R300 per hour.

E-commerce (online shop) price, includes the listing and adding of 25 products. Any additional products to be added to the site will be charged at the hourly rate.

If a client wishes to terminate the service, a copy of the WordPress site with all relevant data as of the day of cancellation will be made available.

If the client wishes to cancel a product, the initial signup fee will not be refunded. The client can get a copy of the WordPress site as it was at the time of cancellation.

After cancellation, the site URL (i.e. yoursitename.com) will be transferred to the clients GoDaddy account, or will be put back on the market for the client to purchase with their preferred URL register. The initial price of the URL (R200) will be refunded, all extra costs related to the URL transfer will be payed by the client.

Operating hours are between 8am to 5pm weekdays.

We will try our best to get the site up and running as soon as possible. However, some sites may take longer than others, therefore no set time bracket for the completion of the site can be set.

All pictures and/or products used on the site remain the property of the client.

If a client fails to pay the monthly cost of the selected package and or any other charges, the site will be locked and offline. The site will be back online within 24hrs after the outstanding amount has been paid. After two weeks (14 days) of no payment and no communication from the client, the site will be deleted along with all the relevant data. The URL will be sold back to the open market. No refunds will be paid. If thereafter the client wishes to have the site back online, the full package will have to be purchased again.

We try our best to make sure all software and plugins on the clients site remain updated and safe. However, in the event of a catastrophic loss of data, or the destruction of the site, and we are unable to get it back online. A full refund of the initial signup fee plus the preceding months subscription will be refunded.

We strive to maintain a 99% uptime of the clients site. Your dot com does not take any responsibility for server and hosting downtime that is not in our direct control.
